Estimation Engineer (Mechanical) – Proposals

• Position: Estimation Engineer (Mechanical) – Proposals • Location: Doha, Qatar • Industry: EPC / Oil & Gas • Employment Type: Permanent Experience Required: • 15+ years of total experience in the Oil & Gas industry. • Proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI/EPIC tenders and proposals. • 7–10 years of relevant proposal/estimation experience. • Strong Brownfield project experience is required. • Offshore experience will be an added advantage. Skills & Knowledge • Strong working knowledge of Oil & Gas EPC/EPCI/EPIC tenders and proposals. • Proven experience in estimating the cost of Mechanical and Piping works. Hands-on experience in estimating Mechanical/Piping works for: • Offshore projects • Onshore Greenfield projects • Onshore Brownfield projects • Good understanding of resource requirements, including: • Manpower • Equipment • Materials • Ability to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates in line with project requirements and tender specifications.
