Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate / Diversified Enterprise Level: Senior Leadership / Architecture Are you an Enterprise Architect who can see beyond individual systems and design the technology blueprint that connects an entire organization? We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Enterprise Architect to own and shape our ERP, CRM, Middleware, Integration, Data and BI architecture — creating a scalable, connected technology ecosystem and a reliable single view of enterprise performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who can translate C-suite business requirements into practical technology architecture and bring together business leadership, IT, ERP, CRM, BI and engineering teams. 🎯 THE ROLE You will own the enterprise architecture across ERP, CRM, middleware and reporting platforms, ensuring that systems, data and integrations work together seamlessly, securely and at scale. You will also play a key role in moving the organization away from fragmented systems and manual reporting toward governed, automated and integrated data-driven decision-making. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise Architecture & Strategy • Define and maintain the enterprise integration architecture across CRM, ERP, Middleware and BI platforms. • Translate CEO and senior leadership reporting requirements into target-state architecture, data models and integration solutions. • Own the enterprise data model and establish the canonical source of truth for key business domains. • Map how data is created, transformed, stored and consumed across enterprise systems, spreadsheets and departmental applications. Integration & Middleware • Design and govern API-led, event-driven, batch and real-time integration architectures. • Work closely with IT, ERP, BI and system teams to deliver reliable, scalable and low-latency data pipelines. • Identify fragmented or redundant integrations and drive consolidation into standardized, reusable integration services. Reporting, Data & Automation • Architect automated and semi-automated reporting workflows that reduce manual data handling and duplication. • Oversee the architecture of executive dashboards, management reporting and consolidated performance views. • Ensure reporting is powered by governed and integrated enterprise data rather than manual spreadsheet extracts. • Establish data definitions, ownership, validation controls and reporting SLAs. Governance & Quality • Establish and enforce enterprise standards for data quality, integration, validation and architecture. • Conduct architecture reviews across business functions and identify opportunities for scalable technical solutions. • Maintain the organization's architectural system of record, including integration diagrams, data-flow maps and system landscape documentation.
