Drive strategic business & technology projects end-to-end within the Investment Banking domain. Lead end-to-end project development life cycle, develop business cases and project proposals. Plan projects with clear scope, budget and schedule. Manage stakeholders and governance. Oversee RAID, risk, issue and dependency management. Manage vendor relationships and commercial aspects. Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies. Lead UAT, implementation and go-live activities. Provide executive reporting and engage the Steering Committee.
