Family Driver

DBAS – Dawia Businessmen Administrative Services LLC – is hiring a professional, discreet, and safety-focused Family Driver for a private family of five (parents + three children). The driver will coordinate closely with the parents and the family’s full-time nanny, ensuring punctual and secure school runs, activities, appointments, and daily movements. This is a high-trust, standards-driven role requiring exceptional grooming, manners, safety awareness, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Transportation & Safety • Safely transport children and nanny to/from school, activities, appointments, and events • Ensure punctuality and plan routes according to traffic and timing • Maintain highest safety standards with seatbelts, child seats, and vehicle handling Vehicle Care • Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior & exterior) • Ensure timely servicing, tyre checks, oil, fuel, and safety equipment • Report issues immediately Child & Nanny Coordination • Assist with seat-belts, bags, strollers, and safe entry/exit • Maintain patience and professionalism around children Professional Conduct • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times • Follow instructions from the parents and DBAS • Maintain excellent grooming, hygiene, and manners Requirements • Minimum 5 years experience as a family driver, ideally in UAE • Valid UAE light vehicle driving license • Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, schools, hospitals, malls, airports • Clean driving record; no serious traffic violations • Non-smoker (strict requirement) • No visible tattoos • Excellent grooming, hygiene, and personal presentation • Calm, respectful, patient, and experienced with children • Ability to work 6 days/week with flexible hours Preferred Candidate Profile • Proactive and punctual • Highly trustworthy and discreet • Service-oriented with a positive attitude • Comfortable adjusting to last-minute schedule changes • Able to coordinate well with nanny and household team Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Employment visa sponsored • Medical insurance provided • Annual leave and benefits as per UAE standards Show more Show less
