I’m working with a well-established international business that is expanding its team in Dubai and bringing something different to the high-end residential market. They are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical understanding of architecture and construction. The position would also suit an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist who already has project management exposure and wants to move further into this area. Project experience in the UK, Europe or South Africa would be a major bonus due to the company’s client base You will remain closely involved with the technical and construction sides of each project, working across the IFC, tender and delivery stages. Key Responsibilities • Manage high-end residential projects through the technical, tender and construction stages • Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers • Review and provide input into technical and construction drawings • Monitor programmes, deliverables and project progress • Attend site meetings and resolve technical and coordination issues • Provide clear project updates to clients and the wider team • Support projects through to completion and handover Requirements • Background in architecture, architectural technology or construction-focused project management • Strong understanding of technical detailing and how projects are delivered on site • Experience managing consultants, contractors and project programmes • Comfortable working directly with private clients • High-end residential experience would be a strong advantage • Collaborative, practical and comfortable working as part of a growing team This is a great opportunity to join a growing Dubai operation backed by an established European business, with the chance to take real ownership of projects and help shape the team as it develops.
