Requirements

• • UAE experience in Aluminium & Façade projects
• • Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing, cladding, aluminium doors & windows, and related façade systems
• • Experience in project planning, site execution, client/consultant coordination, and project handover
• • Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, project schedules, and multiple projects
• • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• • Candidates with relevant UAE façade industry experience only will be considered

Responsibilities

• • Manage aluminium & façade projects from planning to handover
• • Coordinate with clients and consultants, oversee site execution, and manage project schedules
• • Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery across multiple projects
• • Allocate resources, monitor progress, and address issues to maintain project goals
• • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• • Drive project handover and close-out with all stakeholders
