About: Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures, and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive - Sales Business Development to join our team in Sharjah. Job Purpose: The Executive - Sales Business Development is responsible for growing and activating Alef's brokerage network by identifying, onboarding, briefing, and enabling real estate brokers to sell Alef's projects with accuracy and conviction. The role is highly front-facing and presentation-led: the incumbent must be able to confidently deliver company, market, and project briefings to broker principals, sales managers, and broker sales teams, and convert those engagements into active, revenue-generating partnerships. Job Accountabilities: Presentation & Project Briefing (Core Requirement) • Deliver structured, high-impact presentations on Alef's brand, portfolio, and "Why Sharjah" market narrative to broker owners, managers, and agent teams. • Conduct detailed project briefings covering positioning, target audience, typology mix, pricing logic, payment plans, unique selling points, and competitive comparison. • Present confidently to large broker groups, in one-to-one principal meetings, at broker offices, roadshows, open houses, and virtual sessions. • Handle live questions and objections on location, regulation, pricing, and product with clarity, accuracy, and compliance. • Maintain full command of current inventory, pricing, and policy positions so that every briefing delivered is accurate and up to date. Broker Identification & Network Expansion • Identify potential real estate brokers and brokerage firms through market research, referrals, and professional networking. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brokers aligned with the developer’s target markets and projects. • Evaluate broker profiles, market reach, client base, and suitability for the company’s projects. Broker Onboarding & Activation • Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring documentation, registration, and internal approvals are completed through official channels only. • Ensure every newly engaged broker completes the required product, pricing, and sales process briefing before activation. • Facilitate introductions to internal sales teams, assign points of contact, and support first deal discussions to accelerate activation. Coordination with Sales Training & Alef Sales Academy • Coordinate with the Sales Trainer to schedule broker briefing sessions, workshops, and Academy modules. • Support the rollout of training materials, sales decks, and briefing content, and keep presentation up to date. • Track broker attendance and readiness as part of the activation framework. Liaison with Internal Sales Teams • Align broker engagement activity with live sales strategies, launches, and inventory releases. • Support brokers through the activation phase by resolving queries, coordinating site visits, and enabling smooth deal execution. • Channel feedback from brokers and sales teams into improvements to onboarding and engagement. Reporting & Relationship Management • Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, briefings delivered, onboarding status, and activation milestones. • Provide management with regular updates, pipeline reports, and market insights. • Build long-term relationships with active brokers to drive repeat business and sustained performance. Educational Qualification & Certifications: • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or an equivalent. Work Experience: • Must have a minimum of 2–5 years' experience in business development, broker management, or real estate sales. • Should have a demonstrable track record of delivering presentations or briefings to external audiences (portfolio or live presentation may be requested at interview stage). • Experience with real estate developers or brokerage firms preferred. • Knowledge of the Sharjah or UAE real estate market is a significant advantage. • UAE driving license preferred, given the field-based nature of the role. Skills required: • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills — mandatory. • Proven ability to deliver technical project and market briefings to commercial audiences — mandatory. • Strong command of English (Arabic and/or additional languages an advantage). • Working proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to build and adapt briefing decks. • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. • Good understanding of real estate brokerage operations and broker behaviour. • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with disciplined follow-up and execution. • Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working to activation targets.
