As part of our expansion, we are looking for a commercially driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, develop referral relationships and build a strong sales pipeline. This is a results-focused sales role. The successful candidate will be expected to prospect actively, engage decision-makers, conduct sales meetings, follow up consistently and convert opportunities into paying clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Prospecting • Identify UAE businesses that require accounting, tax, audit and advisory services. • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients. • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, business directories and other sources. • Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp. • Generate opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic partnerships. • Develop relationships with company-formation firms, business consultants, lawyers, banks, free-zone consultants and other referral partners. Sales and Business Development • Contact and qualify prospective clients to understand their business and compliance requirements. • Clearly explain Regent Advisory’s services and commercial value. • Schedule and conduct online and in-person sales meetings. • Prepare and present proposals and quotations. • Negotiate within approved pricing guidelines. • Follow up consistently until each opportunity is won or closed. • Convert qualified leads into paying clients. • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients. • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals and sales activity in the CRM. • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, conversions and expected revenue. Services You Will Sell • Corporate Tax registration and return filing • Corporate Tax advisory • VAT registration and compliance • VAT return preparation • VAT health checks • Accounting and bookkeeping • Financial audit • Tax advisory • Transfer Pricing • E-Invoicing advisory and gap assessments • Business advisory • Other professional services offered by Regent Advisory Daily Activities The successful candidate will maintain a highly active sales routine that includes: • Making outbound calls • Qualifying new prospects • Following up with existing leads • Booking and conducting sales meetings • Preparing proposals and quotations • Following up on outstanding proposals • Updating the CRM • Reporting pipeline activity • Developing referral relationships • Closing new business Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: • Highly target-driven and results-oriented • Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting • Strong in negotiation, objection handling and closing • Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups • Commercially minded and able to identify sales opportunities • Professional, well-presented and energetic • Strong in English communication • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools • Able to work independently and take ownership of targets • Motivated by performance, commission and career growth • Interested in building a long-term career in professional services Preferred Experience Candidates with previous experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred: • Accounting firms • Audit firms • Tax consultancies • Corporate services • Business setup or company formation • Banking or financial services • B2B professional services • SaaS or other B2B sales environments • UAE market experience is highly preferred.
