We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and enterprise application initiatives within a highly collaborative environment. This is a hands-on project leadership role combining project management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and governance. You will work across digital transformation, enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, automation, integrations and mobile application initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead complex digital transformation and technology projects from initiation through to go-live, stabilisation and closure • Own project scope, plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks and deliverables • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements • Produce and maintain BRDs, business cases, user stories, process maps, gap analyses, decision logs and other key project documentation • Manage RAID logs, change requests, project reporting and governance controls • Coordinate cross-functional business, IT and vendor teams using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches • Manage external vendors and implementation partners against agreed scope, milestones, SLAs and deliverables • Prepare clear project updates for senior management, steering committees and executive stakeholders • Support UAT, go-live readiness, training, user adoption, hypercare and transition into BAU • Ensure projects meet relevant security, audit, procurement, risk and governance requirements What We're Looking For • 10+ years' experience across IT and digital transformation project delivery • At least 5 years managing complex IT projects or cross-functional programmes • Strong end-to-end project/programme management experience • Proven experience delivering enterprise applications, digital platforms, automation, systems integration, AI-enabled solutions and/or mobile applications • Strong Business Analysis capability, including requirements gathering and documentation • Excellent governance, RAID, reporting, risk and change-control experience • Strong vendor and implementation-partner management • Confident working directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders • Experience supporting organisational change, user adoption, training and transition to operations • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills • UAE experience is preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
