Senior Procurement Engineer (Civil/MEP)

Industry: Main Contracting / High-Rise Construction We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer with strong procurement experience in high-rise construction projects. Responsibilities • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract packages. • Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Coordinate with engineering, planning, construction, and commercial teams. • Monitor long-lead materials and ensure timely delivery. • Manage suppliers and subcontractors from enquiry through delivery/award. • Maintain procurement schedules and trackers. • Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. • 8–12 years of procurement experience in main contracting. • Strong experience in high-rise towers/building projects. • Good knowledge of construction materials and subcontract packages. • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. • UAE/GCC experience preferred. • Good communication and MS Office/Excel skills.
