Job Summary Zofeur is looking for a Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye, excellent editing and motion design skills, and hands-on experience using generative AI tools as part of the production workflow. This is not a traditional video editing role. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to final execution — editing footage, creating motion graphics, building visual sequences, and using AI tools to generate, enhance, or extend shots when traditional production is not the best solution. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment and producing content across paid media, social media, CRM, brand campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities • Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms. • Create engaging motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, and visual effects. • Create motion graphics from scratch using Adobe After Effects, rather than relying primarily on pre-built templates. • Develop content for platforms including Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels. • Adapt master creatives into multiple formats and aspect ratios, including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9. • Work closely with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to translate briefs and concepts into strong visual executions. • Create and integrate AI-generated shots and visual elements into video productions. • Use generative AI tools to. • Generate new video shots. • Extend or modify existing footage. • Create environments and backgrounds. • Develop cinematic transitions and sequences. • Generate supporting visual assets. • Explore and visualize creative concepts before production. • Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage in a way that feels natural, polished, and visually consistent. • Handle sound design, music selection, basic audio mixing, and video finishing. • Maintain brand consistency across all creative output. • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. • Stay updated with new developments in video editing, motion design, and generative AI. AI & Creative Technology We are particularly interested in candidates who actively experiment with emerging AI creative tools and understand how to integrate them into real production workflows. Hands-on experience with tools such as the following is highly valued: Strong hands-on experience with: • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe After Effects • Adobe Photoshop • Higgsfield • Seedance • Kling • Claude • CapCut • ElevenLabs • Magnific • Adobe Illustrator • AI-assisted creative and production tools • Envato • Shutterstock Qualifications • Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work. • Strong understanding of pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy. • Experience creating polished creative content for brands, agencies, or digital-first businesses. • Good understanding of social-first content and performance advertising creatives. • Ability to work from a creative brief while also contributing creative ideas. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage and deliver multiple creative requirements efficiently. • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly. • Curious about emerging creative technologies and willing to continuously experiment with AI. • Strong sense of ownership over projects from brief through to final delivery. • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.
