WE’RE HIRING | Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist AspireX Sports Academy is looking for a creative, hands-on and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Dubai, UAE. We’re looking for someone who can combine content, design, video and digital marketing to strengthen the AspireX brand and engage our growing sports community across the UAE. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives • Create engaging Arabic & English content across digital platforms • Plan content calendars, schedule and publish content • Write captions, CTAs, hashtags and platform-optimized copy • Research trends and develop creative content ideas • Manage community engagement and audience interaction • Monitor performance and report on KPIs, reach, engagement and growth • Support paid media campaigns, targeting, ad copy and optimization • Coordinate digital content for campaigns, events and academy initiatives Key Competencies & Requirements • 2–4 years of relevant experience • Strong Arabic & English copywriting • Graphic design and visual content creation • Video editing and short-form content production for Reels and TikTok • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube • Knowledge of Meta Ads, analytics, KPIs and ROAS • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools • Creative, organized, trend-aware and able to manage multiple campaigns • Sports marketing experience is a strong advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred 📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-Time 📩 [email protected] Show more Show less
