Responsibilities • Source, screen, interview, and onboard commission-only property consultants. • Use personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups to maximize outreach. • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. • Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining. • Achieve monthly hiring and retention targets. • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE real estate. • Proven experience hiring commission-only real estate agents. • Strong network of property consultants and brokers across the UAE. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. • Target-driven and capable of managing multiple vacancies. • Knowledge of recruitment platforms, social sourcing, and ATS tools. • Candidates should include their average monthly hiring numbers and commission-only recruitment experience when applying.
