The Role We are seeking a Project Engineer / Civil Engineer to support engineering and construction-related projects through technical coordination, documentation, planning, and progress monitoring. This role is suitable for professionals with experience in civil engineering or project environments who can work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Support engineering and construction project activities and coordination. • Review and maintain technical documents, drawings, specifications, and project records. • Assist with project planning, schedules, milestones, and progress tracking. • Coordinate technical information between project teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. • Monitor project updates, deliverables, timelines, and outstanding technical requirements. • Assist with reviewing project documentation for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare progress reports, technical summaries, project trackers, and management updates. • Support quantity, material, scope, and project documentation reviews when required. • Assist with identifying project risks, delays, documentation gaps, and coordination issues. • Participate in project meetings and maintain action items and follow-up records. • Support compliance with project specifications, procedures, and applicable requirements. • Contribute to improvements in project coordination, documentation, and engineering workflows. Requirements • 3+ years of professional experience in civil engineering, project engineering, construction, or a related field preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred. • Strong understanding of engineering and project coordination processes. • Good ability to read and work with technical documents and project information. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and digital documentation. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple project activities and deadlines independently. • Previous experience supporting construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
