An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Travelling Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of a leading global investment group. This role is based in Singapore and requires relocation, with extensive international travel across Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. You will accompany the Chairman and his family for business and personal engagements, providing seamless support and ensuring smooth operations across multiple global locations. About the Role This is a high‑exposure, fast‑paced position working directly with a global business leader. Responsibilities include: • Managing and coordinating all aspects of the Chairman’s global travel • Travelling internationally (up to 50%) to provide in‑country support • Liaising with aviation teams, pilots, and household managers • Overseeing on‑site project management at international residences • Managing personal and business appointments • Coordinating with offices in Singapore and Dubai • Luxury product sourcing and personal shopping • Supporting a wide range of evolving private office and family projects • Contributing to a warm, polished, and highly professional team culture No two days will look the same. This role offers exposure far beyond a traditional PA remit. Candidate Profile We are seeking an individual who embodies professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organisational capability.
