Requirements • High school diploma or higher education. • Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty or cosmatic retail. • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods. • Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers. • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. • Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure. • Experience working with health & beauty, Skin care, or cosmetics is highly preferred. • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems. • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
