MT BYTES is looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow in UAE. Your focus will be on new business, from identifying the right companies and people to building the relationship and moving qualified opportunities forward. A good understanding of the local business environment and how regional teams operate will be useful. In the UAE, we want someone who can build strong relationships with decision-makers and create opportunities across the local and regional business community. This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable owning the work rather than waiting for detailed direction. What you will do • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities • Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers • Run outreach, discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups • Work with the team on proposals and commercial opportunities • Keep CRM and opportunity information current What we are looking for • Experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or a related role • Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and decision-makers • Good prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management skills • Strong written and spoken English • An existing UAE network is useful, especially across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
