SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – DATA CENTRE | GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY Conjugate QADDS (Quantum | AI | Deep Tech | Data Centres | Space) is hiring as a specialist international talent network for the rapidly expanding Data Centre & AI Infrastructure industry. We are hiring professionals for opportunities across: GCC | India | USA | Australia | Japan | Southeast Asia THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking to connect with experienced Senior Project Managers with a strong background in Data Centre, Mission Critical, Hyperscale, Colocation, MEP, EPC or major infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to be considered for current and upcoming international Data Centre projects in GCC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end delivery of major Data Centre projects • Manage project programme, budget, quality and delivery milestones • Coordinate client, consultant, contractor and vendor stakeholders • Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, MEP and specialist systems • Manage project risks, commercial issues and change control • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements • Drive commissioning, handover and project close-out • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships IDEAL PROFILE We are particularly interested in professionals with: • 10–20+ years of overall project experience • Significant experience managing Data Centre / Mission Critical projects • Experience with Hyperscale / Colocation / Enterprise Data Centres is highly desirable • Strong MEP / infrastructure project exposure • Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams • Strong project planning, commercial and stakeholder management skills • International project experience is an advantage Professionals from related sectors such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Semiconductor, Industrial Infrastructure and Mission Critical Facilities are also encouraged to connect. 10–20+ years of overall project experience; Significant experience managing Data Centre / Mission Critical projects; Experience with Hyperscale / Colocation / Enterprise Data Centres is highly desirable; Strong MEP / infrastructure project exposure; Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams; Strong project planning, commercial and stakeholder management skills; International project experience is an advantage.
