Depending on your experience level, you will collaborate with senior management, participate in developing innovative business strategies, and engage with a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management • Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with company goals • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction • Engage in market analysis to remain informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands • Record all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote KAIZEN services • Provide regular reports on business development activities and contribute to strategic planning discussions Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field • Experience in business development or sales roles may vary based on the level applied for: Junior (0-2 years), Mid-level (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Director (10+ years) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous, especially for senior and director-level roles • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results • Valid UAE driver's license is preferred Benefits • Training & Development • Health Care Plan • Incentive • Basic Salary Show more Show less
