Construction Project Manager

A confidential Dubai contracting client is seeking a Project Director – Civil to serve as single point of accountability for a 4-star hospitality / high-rise development from design development through statutory approvals, commissioning and handover. You will: lead the delivery team (PM, Contracts, Commercial, Construction Managers); own the master programme, budget and risk register; interface directly with the Client, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA and RTA; and, where a GMP / open-book model applies, lead the monthly Cost Value Reconciliation with the Commercial Manager. Mandatory: a current, valid Dubai Municipality engineer registration at G+12 / Unlimited (certificate required at submission). Essential: 20+ years' construction experience, 10+ as Project Director / Head; delivery of at least two hospitality or high-rise residential projects in the UAE, inception to handover; fluent English and Arabic; deep familiarity with the Dubai approvals landscape.
