Requirements • 10–15+ years' procurement experience, preferably construction/PMC. • Strong UAE/GCC experience in major projects. • Experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, and commercial negotiations. • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related discipline; CIPS preferred.
