Project Manager - Landscape Maintenance

Oasis Hills is looking for an energetic project manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the landscape maintenance team, ensuring daily operations meet the highest standards. • Oversee turf management programs, including mowing, irrigation, aeration, and pest/disease control. • Maintenance of turf care equipment. • Conduct soil analysis and implement plant nutrition programs. • Plan and schedule seasonal landscape maintenance activities. • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to. • Liaise with management and Clients to achieve aesthetic and functional landscape goals. • Set project timeline • Monitor project deliverables • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications & Experience: • Degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, or related field (required). • Proven experience in turf management and operation of turf equipment. • Strong knowledge of plant nutrition and soil analysis. • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape or turf maintenance. • Experience working on golf courses, sports pitches, and 5-star hotels will be highly preferred. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
