Job Description We're Hiring | Project Manager – Construction Field Abu Alnaga Contracting is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead our building construction projects! Position: Project Manager Industry: High Rise Building Construction (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 12–15 Years Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization through to completion and handover • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including site, technical, procurement, and planning • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track • Ensure all works comply with contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards • Oversee risk management, change orders, and contractual claims • Ensure full HSE compliance across all project activities • Review and approve progress reports, payment certificates, and project documentation Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction project management (Mandatory) • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) • Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • PMP certification is highly preferred If you or someone you know meets the above criteria, we'd love to hear from you!
