Position Summary Reporting to the VP of Innovation and Solution Delivery, the Sr. Enterprise Architect Oracle/SAP will work directly with enterprise clients to identify ERP business process challenges and design AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. This role requires deep ERP knowledge combined with consulting, architecture and business transformation experience. The successful candidate will understand how SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP and JD Edwards operate in real-world enterprise environments and how AI, automation and workflow technologies can enhance those systems without disrupting them. The focus is not on replacing ERP platforms, but on creating an intelligent innovation layer using AI agents, workflows, integrations, automation and modern user experiences. Key Responsibilities • Lead discovery workshops with business users, ERP teams, architects and executives. • Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization. • Understand workflows across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, customer service and reporting. • Identify inefficiencies, manual activities and areas where AI or automation can create business value. • Define future-state processes and transformation roadmaps. • Translate business requirements into solution architectures, use cases and delivery plans. • Design solutions that integrate with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, JD Edwards and related systems. • Define how AI agents should safely interact with ERP data and business processes. • Collaborate with AI engineers, integration architects, UX designers and delivery teams. • Support integrations using APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, OData, REST services, middleware, SAP BTP, Oracle Integration tools, Rimini Connect and other platforms. • Define governance controls, role-based access, approval processes, audit requirements and segregation of duties. • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders. • Support workshops, proposals, estimates, testing, deployment and production rollout activities. • Develop reusable ERP and AI solution accelerators, frameworks and best practices. Required Experience This is a senior-level enterprise architecture role requiring extensive ERP and consulting experience. Required Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise architecture, consulting, solution architecture or digital transformation. • Strong experience with at least one major ERP platform: • SAP ECC • SAP S/4HANA • Oracle E-Business Suite • Oracle Cloud ERP • JD Edwards • Experience working directly with enterprise clients. • Experience leading discovery sessions and workshops. • Experience mapping current and future-state business processes. • Strong understanding of ERP integrations, security, governance and architecture. • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Practical experience with automation, workflow technologies and AI-related solutions.
