ELV Project Manager

Company: EUROSEC Automation & Security Systems LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 5 to10 Years Salary: 6K - 8K AED EUROSEC Automation & Security Systems LLC is looking for an experienced ELV Engineer to manage ELV projects, client requirements, technical troubleshooting, contractors, and on-site activities across the UAE. __________________ Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and operational budgets. System Coordination: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Gate Barrier, & PA systems. Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, man contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical or contractual disputes. Subcontractor & Resource Supervision: Manage on-site teams, suppliers, and procurement processes to guarantee timely material delivery. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and local authority regulations. Reporting & Handover: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), draft financial/progress reports, and compile documentation for client sign-off. __________________ Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing ELV or ICT infrastructure projects. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of low-voltage system integration, active networking, and low-current infrastructure.
