About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership to a team of AI Developers and Data Scientists, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on technical leadership to a small team of AI Developers and Data Scientists. About the Requirements • Proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions into production. • Strong practical knowledge of Machine Learning and modern AI technologies, including Generative AI/LLMs and Agentic AI. • Strong AI solution architecture and integration capabilities, along with sufficient hands-on technical/coding skills to review and guide implementation. • Proven experience in technically leading and mentoring AI Developers and Data Scientists. • Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments. About You • Experience delivering AI solutions within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments • AI governance and security. • Azure AI technologies. • MLOps/LLMOps. • Computer Vision. • High-volume or real-time AI solutions. • Looking for candidates with demonstrated hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production, strong knowledge of ML and modern GenAI/Agentic AI, AI solution architecture, and experience technically leading AI Developers/Data Scientists. Provide hands-on technical leadership to a team of AI Developers and Data Scientists, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications. Lead the technical delivery of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through production deployment. Provide hands-on guidance and technical leadership to AI Developers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists. Review solution designs, code, models, and implementation approach to ensure best practices and quality standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvement. Define and implement AI architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes. Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
