Solutions Architect (AI)

About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership to a team of AI Developers and Data Scientists, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications. This role combines strategic solution architecture with practical technical expertise, requiring a strong understanding of modern AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and enterprise integration practices. About the Requirements • Proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments. • Strong practical knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging technologies, including: Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI • Demonstrated expertise in AI solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise-scale AI implementation. • Experience delivering AI solutions within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments. • Proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions into production. • Strong AI solution architecture and integration capabilities, along with sufficient hands-on technical/coding skills to review and guide implementation. • Proven experience in technically leading and mentoring AI Developers and Data Scientists. • Experience with Python, Microsoft Azure AI services and cloud-based AI architectures. • Experience developing and deploying Computer Vision solutions. About You • Experience working within government or regulated environments. • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead the technical delivery of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through production deployment. • Provide hands-on guidance and technical leadership to AI Developers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists. Review solution designs, code, models, and implementation approach to ensure best practices and quality standards. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvement. Define and implement AI architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes. Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
