Role Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual assets that reflect the Roasters brand across digital and print channels, including social media graphics, in-store signage, packaging, and promotional materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, refining brand visuals, preparing artwork for production, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding. The role involves translating brand values into clear visual identities, supporting campaigns, and adapting designs based on feedback and performance insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring close collaboration with the café team and hands-on involvement in the in-store visual experience. Qualifications • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work. • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building and maintaining cohesive brand identities. • Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand expression. • Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalents). • Ability to translate brand and marketing goals into clear visual concepts and campaigns. • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design. • Relevant education or training in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field; experience in hospitality or F&B branding.
