Chief Investment Officer (CIO) | Dubai | Global Capital Alignment & Investment Leadership POD – Pride of Dubai is a private strategic initiative building a global capital-alignment network from Dubai, connecting institutional investors, family offices, private equity, high-net-worth individuals, strategic capital partners and fundamentally strong businesses across markets. As we develop this ecosystem, we are engaging with accomplished investment leaders for a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) opportunity to help shape POD’s investment direction, institutional capital framework and global investment ecosystem. This is not simply a conventional fund-management position. The CIO will contribute to building a high-trust investment ecosystem focused on capital alignment, deal access, co-investment, institutional partnerships and strategically aligned global opportunities. The leadership mandate will include: • Global investment strategy and capital allocation • Institutional investor and family office engagement • Deal evaluation, investment discipline and portfolio strategy • Co-investment frameworks and strategic partnerships • Investment governance, risk and institutional best practices • Development of future investment structures and vehicles • Cross-border capital connectivity and opportunity access We are particularly interested in leaders with significant experience across institutional investment, private equity, investment banking, family offices, asset management, venture capital or private markets, combined with strong judgment, relationships and execution capability. Significant experience across institutional investment, private equity, investment banking, family offices, asset management, venture capital or private markets; strong judgment, relationships and execution capability; leadership experience at senior levels with ability to shape investment direction, governance and partnerships.

Global investment strategy and capital allocation; engage institutional investors and family offices; evaluate deals, maintain investment discipline and portfolio strategy; develop co-investment frameworks and strategic partnerships; oversee investment governance, risk and best practices; design future investment structures and vehicles; enable cross-border capital connectivity and opportunity access.
