Senior Sap Project Manager

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee our SAP transformation. Acting as our internal client-side lead, you will hold our System Integrator (SI) accountable, manage co-existence between Oracle EBS and SAP, and drive governance using the SAP Activate framework. Key Responsibilities • Program Governance: Lead the client-side PMO for the group-wide SAP rollout, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the SI. • Methodology Execution: Apply SAP Activate across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases. • Co-existence Management: Manage risks, timelines, and dependencies during a the parallel run of legacy Oracle EBS and SAP. • Vendor Accountability: Track SI deliverables, SLAs, scope changes, budget variances, and quality gates. Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: 12+ years in IT Project Management, with 8+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred). • Migration Expertise: Proven track record in complex migrations from Oracle EBS to SAP environments. • Certifications: SAP Professional Certifications are a MUST (along with mandatory PMP / PRINCE2 and SAP Activate certification). • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and conflict resolution expertise within the GCC / Middle East market.
