Chief Operating Officer

Bin Dhaen Holding, a diversified group with operations spanning construction, ready-mix concrete, real estate, and aluminium and glass fabrication, is seeking an experienced Group Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and growth across all business units. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the COO will hold full operational accountability for the Group's business units, with the General Managers of each subsidiary reporting directly into this role. This is a senior executive position for a leader who can bring structure, discipline, and commercial rigour to a diverse and growing portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end operational performance across Construction, Ready-Mix, Real Estate, Aluminium & Glass and other business units • Provide strategic and operational leadership to subsidiary General Managers, aligning each business unit with Group targets • Drive financial performance against Group revenue and profitability targets, with full P&L oversight across business units • Establish and monitor KPIs across financial, operational, safety and quality, people, and strategic categories • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, cost control, and operational synergies across business units • Ensure consistent standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all operations • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and operational expansion • Represent operations at board level, reporting regularly on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Group CEO Requirements • Minimum 15 years of senior operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a COO, Group Operations Director, or equivalent multi-business-unit role • Proven experience overseeing diverse operations, ideally spanning construction, manufacturing, and real estate • Demonstrated success managing P&L at a group or divisional level • Strong track record of leading and developing senior GM-level teams • Experience implementing KPI frameworks and performance management systems across business units • UAE or GCC market experience strongly preferred • Highest academic qualification from a Tier 1 university preferred Show more Show less
