Our client is an industry leading manufacturer of equipment for the aviation industry. Their core customers are Airports and Airlines in all countries around the World. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth across the Middle East and India. This role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and supporting complex project-based sales cycles. Experience within the airport industry and familiarity with project sales are strong advantages. The position is based in Dubai and requires frequent regional travel. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East and India. • Manage long-cycle project sales, including tender processes, consultant engagement, and coordination with EPC contractors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators, and airport stakeholders. • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market insights to internal leadership. • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to support customer requirements. • Track competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform strategy. • Conduct customer visits, attend trade shows, and support project discussions across the region. Qualifications & Experience • 5–7 years of regional sales experience in industrial equipment, aviation, or infrastructure sectors. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder project cycles. • Airport industry knowledge • Familiarity with Middle Eastern and Indian business environments and procurement processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
