Lead site QA/QC activities to ensure construction quality, QMS compliance, inspection, testing and documentation meet project, client, ADNOC and applicable international standards. Key Responsibilities • Implement and monitor the Construction Quality Plan, QA/QC procedures and project QMS. • Develop/review QA programs, audit schedules, procedures and subcontractor quality deliverables. • Review and approve site ITPs, QCPs, ITRs and quality technical submittals. • Coordinate site inspections, testing, receipt inspections and ITR submissions through Completions/PetroPCS. • Supervise QC inspectors and subcontractor QC teams, ensuring effective inspection coverage. • Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, surveillance findings and ensure timely close-out. • Conduct/coordinate internal, client and third-party audits and track action closure. • Lead quality meetings, QMS reviews, training/toolbox talks and customer feedback activities. • Monitor quality KPIs, prepare reports and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, client specifications and approved QC plans. • Coordinate with Client, Completions, Construction, Engineering and subcontractors on quality matters. • Drive lessons learned, quality alerts and continuous improvement across the project. Requirements Requirements • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 15 years’ QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects. • Previous ADNOC project experience preferred. • Experience with major EPC contractors or their subcontractors. • CSWIP 3.2.2 / RTFI Level II / Film Interpretation certification. • CSWIP or PCN Welding certification. • QMS Lead Auditor/Auditor certification. • Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ITPs, QCPs, ITRs, NCRs, audits and construction quality management. • Strong leadership, coordination, reporting and client-facing skills.
