Job Description Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Experience: 5-8 years Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Abu Dhabi Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services. This role blends software engineering with systems engineering to build and run large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems. Key Responsibilities • Hands on experience in wealth or brokerage applications such as Brokerage (FIT, Zag trader, Direct FN), Wealth (Prospero, Advent) • Good wealth or brokerage domain knowledge and understanding of trading lifecycles. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on cloud platforms such as?AWS?and?Azure. • Maintain software solutions using?Java,?.NET Core, and associated frameworks. • Manage and optimize relational databases (Oracle,?SQL Server) and support NoSQL databases like?MongoDB. • Knowledge to integrate?APIs,?microservices, and other integration solutions to support business applications. • Apply cybersecurity principles and ensure compliance with?data privacy regulations?and?security architecture?standards. • Build and maintain?CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerized environments using?Docker?and?Kubernetes. • Monitor and evaluate emerging?Fintech technologies?including?blockchain,?AI/ML, and?digital wallets?to enhance system capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools such as?JIRA?and?Confluence. • Experience in incident and problem management Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Strong understanding of database management and integration technologies. • Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools. • Knowledge of Fintech trends and technologies is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience in application support and incident management Azure DevOps Show more Show less
