BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities: • Adjust the work set and project framework to align with the project requirements and standard workflow. • Prepare and Coordinate projects model as per the BIM execution plan. • Create and develop the Revit families as per project requirements. • Develop architectural & structural details as per the BIM model and project requirements. • Extract the required details / sheets and transfer to deferent types of extensions as per requirements. • Uploads models and drawings to cloud 360 platform or any other as per project requirements. • Generate the clash detection report and work to clear all errors as per the proper BIM protocol and practice. • Coordinate with Architectural and Structural engineers to clear any clashes or concerns during modeling. • Develop shop drawing as per project details and engineer instructions Requirements: • Proven 6 experience years as a BIM Modeler in construction industry. • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools). • Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows (e.g., LOD specifications, clash detection). • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture.
