Accountant – Interior Fit-Out / Construction

Soltis Interiors is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong UAE accounting knowledge and preferably a background in interior fit-out, construction, contracting or joinery. Key Responsibilities: • Day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, payments and reconciliations • Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting • Project-wise cost tracking, budget vs. actual and profitability monitoring • Cash-flow forecasting and receivables follow-up • UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance • Payroll/WPS support • Supplier invoice, PO and delivery-document verification • Audit preparation and financial documentation Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university • 3–5+ years UAE accounting experience • Experience in project-based businesses strongly preferred • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA/ACA or CIMA preferred; strong part-qualified candidates may also be considered • Minimum 3 years hands-on QuickBooks Online experience • Strong knowledge of project accounting, AP/AR, cash flow, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax • Strong practical Microsoft Excel skills • Able to independently prepare monthly management accounts and project profitability reports • Organized, accurate, proactive and able to work independently • Excellent written and spoken English Show more Show less
