Product Owner - Treasury & Finance | UAE | Contract

Contract until March 2027, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. Candidates with 2 weeks' notice or less are strongly preferred. Involved Solutions has partnered on an exciting greenfield build in the UAE, and we're hiring a Product Owner or Business Analyst to lead the Treasury & Finance pod from scratch. This covers the corporate web portal, the CFO suite, the RM workbench, the API developer portal, and all client-facing intelligence and reporting surfaces, the layer that makes the bank feel genuinely different to every treasurer who logs in. The corporate portal is the critical-path product here: everything else in this pod depends on it. We're looking for someone with strong product ownership experience gained in a Murex-based treasury environment, who can translate domain expertise into structured requirements and drive delivery across a wide stakeholder group. About the role: • Lead the Treasury & Finance pod, shaping what gets built, in what order, and why • Translate expert input into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Drive the BRD/PRD process end to end, owning quality, completeness, and sign-off • Lead the corporate portal build: multi-entity account views, real-time balances, entitlement engine, approval workflows, analytics layer • Shape the CFO suite and treasury intelligence: cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, account and balance intelligence, escrow and payment reporting • Coordinate across Tech, UX, Ops, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury, managing dependencies and cross-pod integration • Own the backlog, cadence, and stakeholder communication, presenting at steering committees and leadership check-ins About you: • Essential: Product Owner or Business Analyst experience within a treasury environment where Murex was the core platform • Strong Product Owner or Business Analyst background, ideally 10+ years, with experience driving requirements and delivery in a banking or fintech environment • Able to run a BRD/PRD process end to end, comfortable with epics, user stories, customer journeys, and cross-functional sign-off • Experience driving delivery across Tech, Ops, Risk, and Compliance simultaneously • Confident presenting to and challenging senior stakeholders • Oracle environment experience (GL/Financials/ERP) a strong advantage, not essential • UAE/GCC market exposure a plus, not essential Show more Show less
