Vice President, Artificial Intelligence 📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-time | Enterprise-level About the Role A market-leading enterprise in the UAE is hiring a Vice President of AI to lead the delivery and scaling of its Generative AI capability. This is a hands-on, technically-led leadership role. You'll own a portfolio of GenAI initiatives end to end, from identifying high-value use cases through to shipping them in live production, and be accountable for the measurable business value they create. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI initiatives, from use case identification and technical design through to build, deployment, and post-launch value tracking • Personally engage in technical decision-making: architecture, model selection, RAG/agentic design, and MLOps/LLMOps practices • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases with business unit leaders • Build, lead, and mentor a team of AI engineers and practitioners • Set technical and governance standards for AI development and deployment across the enterprise • Ensure AI solutions are integrated into core operations, not run as isolated pilots • Report on the commercial and operational value delivered from live production use cases What We're Looking For • Background from a product business, a company that builds and ships its own software, rather than a purely advisory or consulting background • AI-native career profile: deep, current experience building GenAI-powered product features • Technically strong and hands-on, comfortable going deep on architecture, model trade-offs, and engineering decisions • Proven track record of shipping GenAI solutions to production at scale, with demonstrable business value delivered • Experience building and leading technical teams • Comfortable operating at enterprise level across a large, complex organization • Willingness to be based in the UAE How to Apply Apply directly via LinkedIn, or reach out confidentially to discuss the role further.
