Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Abu Dhabi, creating visual assets that support ZSR’s luxury brand across digital and print channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing collateral such as brochures, property presentations, social media graphics, and digital campaigns that align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate real estate offerings into compelling visual stories. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects, refine creative concepts based on feedback, and ensure all materials reflect a consistent, high-end visual identity. The position also includes preparing files for production, maintaining an organized asset library, and staying current with design trends relevant to luxury real estate. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills for Graphics, Graphic Design and Typography. • Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive luxury brand identity. • Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, elegant, and readable layouts across various formats. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools) is required. • Experience creating marketing and promotional materials for real estate, hospitality, or other luxury sectors is highly beneficial. • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, attention to detail, and visual storytelling is expected. • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
