Business Analyst (Oracle ERP/ Fusion – HRMS & Finance) Exp: (5-8 yrs of experience) Location Dubai Expected Start Date : Immediate Job Description • 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance modules. • Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives across HRMS and Finance. • Participate in the RFP process by defining functional requirements, evaluating vendor solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the RFP lifecycle. • Perform functional QA/UAT testing, validate business requirements, and coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Experience in Third Party Integration With Oracle EBS/Fusion Application will be an added advantage.
