Capital Markets Associate Lawyer - Global Law Firm - Dubai

𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 | 𝟮–𝟰 𝗣𝗤𝗘 | 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 I’m currently working with a global law firm in Dubai looking to hire a 2–4 PQE Capital Markets Associate as part of continued growth within the team. The role will be predominantly focused on Debt Capital Markets, with the associate also supporting on Equity Capital Markets matters as required. The successful candidate will work on a broad mix of regional and cross-border transactions, acting for a range of institutional and corporate clients on both issuer and bank-side mandates. The role will cover: ▪ Debt issuances and capital markets programmes ▪ Conventional and Islamic capital markets transactions ▪ Regulatory capital and structured debt matters ▪ Liability management transactions ▪ IPOs and other equity offerings as required ▪ Cross-border transactions across the Middle East and international markets The team is looking for someone around 2–4 PQE with strong capital markets grounding in DCM / ECM work at a Legal 500 law firm.
