🗂 We’re Hiring: Chartered Accountant 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 💼 Level: Mid-Level to Senior We are seeking a highly qualified, analytical, and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis. This role will provide accurate financial information and strategic insights to support business performance, financial control, and informed management decision-making. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and financial reports. • Manage accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing. • Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards. • Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analysis. • Monitor financial performance, profitability, expenses, and key financial indicators. • Manage tax planning, tax compliance, filings, and coordination with external tax advisors when required. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, financial regulations, and company policies. • Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required financial documentation and supporting information. • Review accounting processes and internal controls to identify financial risks and improvement opportunities. • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making and business planning. • Support cost control, working capital management, cash flow optimization, and financial efficiency initiatives. • Prepare financial models, business cases, investment analysis, and management reports when required. • Monitor accounting policies, procedures, and internal financial controls. • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Procurement, HR, and senior management teams on financial matters. • Identify discrepancies, investigate financial issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions. • Maintain accurate and confidential financial records and documentation. • Support financial system improvements, ERP implementation, automation, and process optimization initiatives. ✅ Requirements • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant professional experience. • Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, or corporate finance. • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and taxation principles. • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis. • Experience with audit coordination, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is an advantage. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting or BI tools are preferred. • Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion. • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. • Membership with a recognized professional accounting body is required. 🌟 What We Offer • Opportunity to manage key financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions. • Exposure to corporate finance, financial strategy, business planning, audit, and management decision-making. • Opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to financial performance improvement. • Career progression into Senior Chartered Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles. • A professional, collaborative, and financially focused working environment. • Training, mentorship, and continuing professional development opportunities. • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
