Lead Enterprise Security Architect

Three hybrid contract seats. Group-level security architecture on an enterprise client engagement: strategy, standards and design authority, not ticket-queue security. ABOUT DREAMCAST Dreamcast Interactive is a Dubai-headquartered studio building AI systems, web and mobile products, immersive AR/VR, and full-cycle games for clients across the US, UK and GCC. We are hiring three Lead Enterprise Security Architects, remote, contract-based positions on an enterprise client engagement, and the founding members of our security architecture practice. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - Security architecture strategy: principles, standards and the target-state roadmap, with a bias toward standardization and simplification - Reference architectures and reusable security patterns that de-risk cloud adoption and platform modernization - The security design authority: reviewing solution designs, adjudicating exceptions, keeping technology risk visible and owned - Security-by-design across the lifecycle, from concept and investment decisions through build, release and operational handover - Assurance and technical due diligence on new platforms, cloud services, vendors and major technology investments - Architecture leadership across identity, cloud, infrastructure, applications, APIs, data and enterprise platforms - A seat at architecture, governance and investment forums: advising senior technology and business leadership - The emerging-technology watch, AI and automation included, folded back into strategy and standards WHAT YOU BRING - 10+ years in security architecture, much of it at enterprise scale inside large, complex organizations - You've defined and governed security architecture at enterprise level: standards, reference architectures, design governance - Security leadership through major transformation: cloud adoption, platform modernization, large multi-team programs - Deep working fluency across most of: identity & access management, application/API/data security, cloud & hybrid security, secure SDLC and DevSecOps, Zero Trust, network/infrastructure/platform security, cyber-risk governance - Fluency with recognized frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SABSA, TOGAF) and how regulation shapes architecture - Executive presence: you influence CTOs, enterprise architects and business leaders in fluent English - Commercial judgment: security that enables the business, balanced against risk NICE TO HAVE - CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer - Security architecture on major ERP or enterprise platform programs (SAP or similar) - Exposure to large consumer-facing estates — retail, e-commerce, banking, telco - Middle East / GCC enterprise experience CONTRACT & COMPENSATION - Full-time contract engagement through Dreamcast, 3 positions, hybrid in Dubai, UAE - Compensation benchmarked to the profile HOW WE HIRE One interviews: A technical interview (expect to work through real architecture scenarios live).
