This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving growth and expanding our market presence. Qualifications & Skills: • Fluent in Arabic & English • Proven experience in business development, sales, & client relationship management in the UAE • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Essentials: Civil/Chemical/Construction Engineering graduate with 4 years proven UAE experience in business development, selling systems/products like building chemicals, structural repairs & construction systems.
