For more information, visit: https://waagnerbiro-bridgeservices.com Job Description • Attend Inspections, Preventive / Corrective Maintenance and PPM Services by Subcontractors. • Checking of MEP Operation on Daily Basis for smooth operation. • Preparing MEP Reports (Daily/Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly). • Preparing Schedule for Daily MEP Work. • Record Keeping (PPM Reports, Schedules and Third-Party Inspection Certificates). • Minimize operation related comments by Third Party. • Supporting BMMS Team for Inspections. • Project Handing Over Documents Preperation and Follow Up. Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems such as MCC panels, MDB/SMDBs, UPS, lighting networks, motors, pumps, and automation components. • Diagnose system faults and implement technical solutions with minimum downtime. • Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and asset history records. Qualifications • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from a reputed university • Need a valid UAE driving license • Must have a mionimum of 6 years of similar experience Show more Show less
