Role Overvire The Graphic Designer – Brand & Campaigns will develop concept-led, on-brand visual communications across Shukran campaigns and initiatives, from initial creative routes and master key visuals through integrated execution across CRM, app, social media, websites, in-store, OOH, and partnership touchpoints. The role combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design, translating creative briefs, business objectives, and customer insights into distinctive, scalable design systems that strengthen Shukran's visual identity across markets. The position reports to the Content & Creative Manager and works closely with the creative team (Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics & Digital Content Designer), and the wider marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Campaign Design • Develop visual concepts, moodboards, creative routes, and master key visuals for Shukran communications including seasonal campaigns and initiatives, brand collaborations, announcements, and member communications. • Translate campaign briefs, messaging, business objectives, into clear and compelling visual narratives • Present creative routes and design rationales, respond constructively to feedback, and refine approved directions • Build adaptable campaign design systems that extend consistently across digital, CRM, social, in-store, OOH, and partnership touchpoints • Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of Shukran's brand identity, guidelines, templates, typography, colour, imagery, and layout principles Digital & Integrated Execution • Design static assets for email and CRM, app, social media, websites, digital media, in-store POS, OOH, presentations, and partnership communications • Adapt master visuals across markets, customer segments, channels, formats, and sizes while maintaining clarity, hierarchy, and brand consistency • Design visually engaging and responsive landing-page layouts in collaboration with content, CRM, digital marketing, and development teams, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. • Create accurate English and Arabic layouts, ensuring appropriate typography, alignment, legibility, and cultural relevance • Prepare production-ready digital and print artwork, including resolution, colour profiles, bleed, file formats, and final technical quality checks • Develop reusable templates, component libraries, and visual toolkits for recurring communications and campaign rollouts Collaboration & Creative Operations • Partner with the Content & Creative Manager to translate brand, content, and campaign strategy into cohesive design solutions • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Motion Graphics & Digital Content Designer to maintain consistency across static and motion assets and support efficient creative handovers • Build and maintain organized creative asset libraries, templates, source files, and campaign archives, following clear naming conventions, folder structures, and version-control practices. • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and production partners when needed, while managing multiple deliverables, timelines, working files, and version-control requirements Qualifications and Education • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Branding, or a related field • A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign concepts, master key visuals, brand systems, and integrated digital and print execution is required • Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to create and format assets in both English and Arabic; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign creative development, ideally in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment • Proven experience developing master key visuals and scalable campaign systems from concept through cross-channel rollout and final production • Experience in retail, e-commerce, loyalty programs, FMCG, or consumer-facing marketing, including collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, is a strong advantage TECHNICAL SKILLS • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign, with strong working knowledge of Figma and Keynote.
