Job Description What You'll Be Doing: Product Strategy & Ownership • Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial positioning of the Mutual Funds and Wealth Lending product suite. • Define target client segments, value propositions, and growth opportunities. • Continuously enhance products based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. • Drive product performance, revenue growth, and customer adoption. • Ensure alignment with the Bank's broader Wealth Management strategy. Mutual Funds Platform Management • Lead the end-to-end fund lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, onboarding, monitoring, and review. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative fund analysis covering performance, risk metrics, portfolio construction, and manager capability. • Establish robust governance frameworks, fund scorecards, watchlists, and performance reviews. • Partner with Investment Advisory teams to ensure suitability and alignment with client needs. • Drive continuous enhancement of the Bank's investment offering. Wealth Lending Solutions • Manage Lombard Lending and portfolio-backed financing propositions. • Define collateral eligibility frameworks, lending parameters, LTV structures, and risk controls. • Work closely with Credit Risk teams to develop lending policies and risk mitigation frameworks. • Oversee the end-to-end lending lifecycle, including onboarding, monitoring, margin management, and renewals. • Drive cross-sell opportunities between investment and lending products. Partnerships & Vendor Management • Build and manage strategic relationships with leading Asset Management Companies, fund platforms, custodians, and investment partners. • Negotiate commercial agreements, fee structures, and access to preferred share classes. • Identify new investment partnerships that strengthen the Bank's Wealth proposition. • Ensure strong service standards and ongoing relationship governance. Product Delivery & Execution • Lead product launches from concept through to implementation and commercialization. • Develop operating models, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. • Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Distribution teams to ensure seamless execution. • Drive digitization and automation initiatives to improve scalability and customer experience. • Monitor performance through KPIs, management reporting, and commercial metrics. Risk, Compliance & Governance • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. • Maintain robust product governance frameworks across investments and wealth lending. • Ensure suitability, disclosure, documentation, and client protection standards are upheld. • Manage market, credit, operational, and product risks in partnership with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain strong controls and audit readiness across all product activities. Sales Enablement & Client Engagement • Partner with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to drive product penetration and sales. • Develop investment themes, campaigns, product propositions, and client content. • Deliver training, market updates, and ongoing knowledge-sharing sessions. • Support frontline teams with client presentations, portfolio insights, and product expertise. • Utilize client feedback and market intelligence to continuously refine the proposition. What We're Looking For: Education • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. • CFA, CWM, CAIA, or similar professional qualifications are highly advantageous. Experience • 7-10+ years of experience within Wealth Management, Investment Products, Product Development, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, or Financial Services. • Strong experience managing mutual funds, investment platforms, or wealth products. • Exposure to wealth lending, Lombard Lending, portfolio financing, or secured lending structures is highly desirable. • Proven track record of developing and growing investment products and strategic partnerships. Industry Exposure • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management trends. • Experience conducting fund due diligence and manager selection. • Knowledge of wealth lending structures and credit fundamentals. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements relating to investments and wealth products.
