Role Description The Owner will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Artificial Intelligence in the Greater Dijon Area. This full-time, on-site role includes defining long-term vision, setting priorities for educational content, and ensuring the platform remains accessible, high-quality, and user-focused. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating with contributors and partners, supervising content curation and publication schedules, and monitoring audience engagement and feedback to improve offerings. The Owner will manage budgets and resources, develop collaborations with universities, companies, and communities, and represent the organization at events and in public communications. This role also includes building and leading a small team, establishing processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in education and technology. Qualifications • Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team coordination. • Experience in education, training, or curriculum development, ideally related to technology or artificial intelligence. • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging learners, partners, and stakeholders. • Business and operations skills, such as budgeting, project management, and process optimization. • Ability to build partnerships with educational institutions, industry organizations, and community groups. • Comfort with AI tools and concepts, with a willingness to stay current on industry trends and best practices. • Proven capability to work on-site in the Greater Dijon Area and collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive environment. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, education, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
