About the Role We are looking for a versatile and driven Project Engineer - Electrical to oversee the planning, technical coordination, and execution of electrical engineering projects. In this role, you will act as the key bridge between management, engineering teams, and site operations—ensuring that all electrical installations are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end execution of electrical projects from mobilization and design review to testing, commissioning, and final handover. • Prepare and review technical submittals, material approvals, method statements, and shop drawings in line with project specifications. • Coordinate cross-functional activities between procurement, design teams, subcontractors, and site installation crews. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including transmittals, technical queries (TQs), inspection requests (IRs), and as-built records. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must. • Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, contracting, or project execution, preferably within the UAE infrastructure. • Strong technical background in electrical distribution systems, building services, or substation works. • Excellent working knowledge of local authority regulations, standards, and submittal procedures. • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
