Job Description – 3D Graphic Designer Company: Creation House Location: Jabel Ali, UAE Job Title: 3D Graphic Designer About the Role Creation House is looking for a talented and creative 3D Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves developing high-quality 3D concepts and visualizations for exhibition stands, event spaces, retail environments, and other experiential projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent 3D visualization skills, and the ability to transform creative concepts and client requirements into practical and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities • Develop 3D designs and visualizations for exhibition stands, events, activations, interiors, and branded spaces. • Create detailed 3D models, renders, layouts, and presentation visuals based on project requirements. • Interpret client briefs and transform ideas into creative and realistic 3D concepts. • Prepare design concepts, mood boards, material selections, and presentation proposals. • Work closely with the Project, Production, Sales, and Design teams to ensure designs are practical and aligned with project requirements. • Modify designs based on client feedback and internal reviews. • Ensure designs are suitable for fabrication, production, installation, and onsite execution. • Develop accurate dimensions, layouts, elevations, and technical details when required. • Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, graphics, and other design elements. • Produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs for client presentations. • Maintain consistency with client branding, event themes, and project guidelines. • Coordinate with production teams to resolve design-related issues during fabrication and installation. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the exhibition, events, interior design, or fabrication industry. • Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D exhibition stands, event spaces, interiors, or commercial environments. • Proficiency in software such as: • 3ds Max • V-Ray / Corona • AutoCAD • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Knowledge of SketchUp, Blender, or other 3D software will be an advantage. • Good understanding of materials, fabrication methods, dimensions, lighting, and spatial planning.
