We are seeking an exceptional Early Years/Primary Ministry Teacher to join our passionate team. This role is ideal for an educator who believes that young children learn best through play, exploration, movement, music and meaningful hands-on experiences. Role Description The Ministry Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support students’ spiritual, moral, and ethical development in alignment with school policies and local regulations. We are looking for someone who: * Is eligible to teach Ministry Arabic, Islamic Studies and Social Studies. * Has intermediate spoken and written English and can communicate effectively with colleagues, students and parents. * Has experience teaching Early Years/Primary students. * Has experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and can create inclusive, differentiated and engaging learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of all learners. * Brings learning to life through songs, dance, storytelling, role play, sensory play, inquiry-based learning and hands-on exploration. * Is energetic, creative and confident in designing innovative, child-centred learning experiences. * Creates rich, stimulating learning environments where children learn through exploration, discovery and purposeful play. * Has a strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practice. * Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. * Uses formative assessment to guide learning and celebrate each child * Creates an inclusive, respectful classroom that supports students from diverse cultural and belief backgrounds. * Strong organizational, classroom management, and time-management skills. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. • Eligibility to teach Ministry subjects in accordance with local regulations. • Prior experience as a classroom teacher, preferably in international or multicultural school environments.
